Shipping and Returns Information
Shipping Schedule
Your tire order will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing it, excluding holidays. In some cases, we expedite shipments as quickly as 4 hours after you have placed your order. Once your tire is on its way, we will provide you with a FedEx Ground Tracking number so you can stay updated on its delivery status.
Easy Returns and Exchanges
We understand that circumstances may change. You have the flexibility to return or exchange tires with us. It is essential to clarify the responsibility for return costs:
We Cover Return Expenses When:
- The wrong tire (different from the purchased one) is shipped.
- You receive a defective or damaged tire.
- A tire is lost during shipping but is later located (This applies if there have been no carrier scans or movement for at least 14 days).
- The tire received does not match the image displayed on our website.
Customer Responsibility for Return
For other reasons not covered above, such as ordering the wrong tire size or a change of mind, you are responsible for return costs.

Tire Damage and Defect Resolution

Tire Damage After Installation
Regrettably, we are unable to provide road hazard warranties for tires that have sustained damage after being installed. However, we do offer coverage for manufacturer defects.
